Coach Nikki Snow’s 3 Workout Playlists

From upbeat HIIT sessions to chill flow and mobility work, get in the zone with these beats.

Nikki Snow

In my life, music empowers me. It psyches me up. It gives me strength and power. It helps me get out of my own head. And, when needed, it helps me meditate and create space for my body.

For instance, when I’m doing strength-training workouts, I choose music with lower beats per minute — like R&B, The Weeknd or old-school jams from Janet Jackson and En Vogue — so that I can be more intentional with my power and strength moves.

When it comes to cardio and high-intensity interval training workouts, I love electronic dance music and remixes of older songs, like Whitney Houston. I look for sassy and energetic music to make me feel powerful and uplifted.
